its cost estimate for permitting
local RCV statewide. That means the
statewide bill got sent to
Appropriations and was tabled for
the afternoon. Since the
House/Senate crossover starts
Tuesday, any House bill that doesn’t
get
a full floor vote on Monday can’t
make it to the Senate. <strong>In
short, the statewide bill is dead
for this year.</strong>

<p>What does that mean for us?</p>
<ul>
<li>
<strong>We're throwing all our
weight behind Arlington’s
bill.</strong> They’ll be a
perfect pilot site for Virginia. <a
